If you don't know what's D23, it's a Disney fan community and it's short for Disney 23. It started to commemorate when Walt Disney made a cartoon studio in California on 1923 which started everything. I want to be a Charter Member for that, but I can't afford it and it is only up to December 31, 2009. But you can still go online and get more information on www.disney.com/d23.
